Shopping complex opens in tsunami-hit Japan city

The opening ceremony for the new commercial complex "Abasse Takata" is held on April 27, 2017, in the northeastern Japan city of Rikuzentakata, which was severely damaged by the 2011 earthquake and tsunami.
