Head of foundation for S. Korean "comfort women" officially quits
Undated file photo shows Kim Tae Hyeon, a professor emeritus at Sungshin Women's University who serves as the inaugural head of a foundation set up by the South Korean government to support former "comfort women" with Japanese funding.
