S. Korean court declines to rule on comfort women deal with Japan
South Korea's Constitutional Court says in Seoul on Dec. 27, 2019 that the government's deal with Japan in 2015 on Korean women who were forced to work in the Japanese military's wartime brothels is not subject to its formal review.
