Legendary cartoonists' shared home
Photo taken at a manga museum in Tokyo on July 7, 2020, shows a recreation of a room in the demolished Tokiwaso apartment which was home to legendary Japanese cartoonists such as Osamu Tezuka and Shotaro Ishinomori during the 1950s and 1960s. The Tokiwaso Manga Museum opened the same day in Tokyo's Toshima Ward, about four months behind schedule due to the novel coronavirus pandemic. (Kyodo)
