Japan PM Abe to step down

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe leaves his ruling Liberal Democratic Party's headquarters building in Tokyo, on Aug. 28, 2020. Speaking at a press conference later in the day, the prime minister said he will step down from his post due to a health problem.
