Japan-Canada bilateral summit in Yokohama

YOKOHAMA, Japan - Japanese Prime Minister Naoto Kan (2nd from L) and Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper (R) hold a bilateral meeting in Yokohama on Nov. 14, 2010, on the sidelines of an Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum summit in the port city. The two leaders agreed to work closely on resource issues, including the development of rare earths, and signed an accord to create subcabinet-level talks to boost their security cooperation.
