JR East studying building new station on Yamanote Line

TOKYO, Japan - Photo taken from a Kyodo News helicopter on Jan. 4, 2012, shows a part of the Yamanote commuter rail loop line between JR Shinagawa (bottom) and Tamachi stations, both in Tokyo's Minato Ward.
