Opponents of Thai junta suspend plan to form gov't-in-exile
HONG KONG, China - Former Thai government minister Jakrapob Penkair, who opposes the junta that seized power in May 2014, speaks at a luncheon at the Foreign Correspondents' Club, Hong Kong, on June 26, 2014. He said he and other dissidents will form an opposition group in exile in July, instead of a government-in-exile as previously contemplated, in one of five Western countries, rather than in Asia.
