Kanazawa Station's Shinkansen platforms opened to press

KANAZAWA, Japan - West Japan Railway Co. shows the press platforms at Kanazawa Station for the Hokuriku Shinkansen bullet train line on July 28, 2014, ahead of the new line's inauguration next spring. Platform screen doors are painted in five colors used for the local "Kaga Yuzen" silk kimono dyeing. (Kyodo)
