Dollar rises above 106 yen line in early Tokyo deals
TOKYO, Japan - A bulletin board in Tokyo shows the U.S. dollar trading above the 106 yen line, its first rise above the line since October 2008, in the early morning on Sept. 9, 2014. Finance Minister Taro Aso and economic and fiscal policy minister Akira Amari expressed concern later that day about the recent sharp jump by the dollar to a nearly six-year high against the yen.
