TOKYO, Japan - Four residents of Indonesia's Central Java district of Batang hold a banner opposing a plan to construct a coal-fired thermal power station in the area in front of the headquarters of Electric Power Development Co., knows as J-Power, in Tokyo on Sept. 10, 2014.
