Aeon to fully own Daiei
TOKYO, Japan - Motoya Okada, president of Japan's biggest retailer Aeon Co., tells a press conference in Tokyo on Sept. 24, 2014, it will buy the remaining shares in Daiei Inc. to make the struggling supermarket chain a wholly owned subsidiary as part of efforts to turn around the company. (Kyodo)
