BOJ unexpectedly eases monetary policy
TOKYO, Japan - Bank of Japan Governor Haruhiko Kuroda smiles during a press conference at the BOJ's head office in Tokyo on Oct. 31, 2014, after the central bank decided to further ease its monetary policy.
