Trails of destruction still visible a year on after super typhoon

MANILA, Philippines - Alfred Romualdez, the mayor of Tacloban on the island of Leyte in the central Philippines, talks to reporters on Oct. 28, 2014 in Manila about the state of his city almost a year after it was devastated by supertyphoon Haiyan.
