Korean resident in Japan jailed for spying for N. Korea is innocent

SEOUL, South Korea - The bereaved family of Kang Woo Kyu, a former South Korean resident in Japan who died in 2007 at age 90, and others leave the Seoul High Court in the South Korean capital on Dec. 19, 2014, after the high court handed down a not guilty verdict in a retrial of Kang and five other defendants who spent time in prison after being convicted of spying for North Korea.
