Tsunami reach Japan's Pacific side

KESENNUMA, Japan - In this aerial view, water is flowing under a building and flooding a road in the city of Kesennuma, Miyagi Prefecture, on Feb. 28, 2010, after tsunami waves triggered by a massive earthquake in Chile reached wide areas along Japan's Pacific coast.
