KOBE, Japan - The Emerald Ace, a vehicle carrier built at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd.'s shipyard in Kobe, is launched in a ceremony at the shipyard on March 9, 2012. The vessel was the last merchant ship produced at the shipyard, which is being withdrawn from the commercial ship business. (Kyodo)
