TOKYO, Japan - File photo shows Yuko Sato, a House of Representatives member from the Democratic Party of Japan. Sato has decided to bolt the ruling party to join a regional political group, a source at the group said on March 3, 2011, in a fresh blow to Prime Minister Naoto Kan as he battles a deep rift within his party.
