Dog drifting atop roof rescued

SENDAI, Japan - A dog is rescued by the Japan Coast Guard at sea off the coast of Kesennuma, Miyagi Prefecture, on April 1, 2011. The coast guard members who were conducting search for missing people after March 11 earthquake and tsunami aboard a helicopter found the dog on a roof drifting along about 1.8 kilometers off the coast.
