Nuclear fuel at Fukushima No. 1 unit likely melted after exposed
TOKYO, Japan - A worker measures water levels at the No. 1 reactor of the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station in Fukushima Prefecture on May 10, 2001.
