'Megafloat' arrives in Fukushima

TOKYO, Japan - Photo taken from a Kyodo News helicopter on May 17, 2011, shows a ''megafloat'' artificial island that arrived at Onahama Port in Iwaki, Fukushima Prefecture, the same day.
