Red Sox's Matsuzaka after surgery

LOS ANGELES, United States - Boston Red Sox pitcher Daisuke Matsuzaka (R) gets in a car with the assistance of his wife Tomoyo (L) in Los Angeles, California, on June 10, 2011, after surgery on his right elbow. Matsuzaka's agent Scott Boras called the operation by noted orthopedic surgeon Lewis Yocum a success and said his client should need about 10 to 12 months to make a full recovery. (Kyodo)
