Miyagi residents thank U.S. forces for relief efforts
TOKYO, Japan - Masako Matsuda (L), a 56-year-old housewife from Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture, shakes hands with Lt. Gen. Burton Field, the commander of U.S. forces in Japan, during a ceremony in Tokyo on July 25, 2011, to thank U.S. forces for their support following the March 11 earthquake and tsunami.
