Japan quake memorial ceremony on U.S. aircraft carrier

SAN DIEGO, United States - Rear Adm. Patrick Hall (L), the commander of Carrier Strike Group Nine, speaks at a memorial ceremony for the victims of a massive earthquake and tsunami that struck northeastern Japan in March 2011, on the U.S. aircraft carrier Ronald Reagan at the Coronado naval base in California on March 11, 2014, the disaster's third anniversary. The aircraft carrier was used in the Operation Tomodachi relief mission shortly after the disaster. At right is Capt. Christopher Bolt, the commanding officer of the USS Ronald Reagan.
