Ex-nurse acquitted of abusing elderly patients

FUKUOKA, Japan - Former nurse Satomi Ueda (C) enters the Fukuoka High Court in southwestern Japan on Sept. 16, 2010. The court dismissed a lower court's conviction and acquitted her of the charge of causing bleeding while cutting the toenails of two elderly patients at a hospital in 2007, saying her conduct was in line with her job.
