F-16 fighter in Taiwan

TOKYO, Japan - Photo taken in April 2011 shows an F-16 fighter jet in a takeoff and landing drill on an expressway in the southern Taiwan city of Tainan. The U.S. government said Sept. 21, 2011, it has notified Congress of arms sales to Taiwan totaling $5.85 billion, including parts to upgrade its F-16 fighters. (Kyodo)
