Kotoshogiku promoted to ozeki

MATSUDO, Japan - Kotoshogiku (2nd from L) bows as he is officially notified by the Japan Sumo Association of his promotion to sumo's second-highest rank of ozeki at Sadogatake stable in Matsudo, Chiba Prefecture, on Sept. 28, 2011.
