Kanagawa launches Japan's 1st antismoking ordinance

YOKOHAMA, Japan - A man puts a ''NO SMOKING'' sticker in a dining area inside a department store in Yokohama on April 1, 2010, as Japan's first antismoking ordinance took effect the same day in the Prefecture.
