'7-million-yen' platinum toy car displayed

SENDAI, Japan - A one-of-a-kind pure platinum toy car under the long-selling Tomica brand name, which would be worth 7 million yen if put on sale, is displayed at an outlet of Tanaka Kikinzoku Jewelry K.K. in Sendai on May 19, 2010. Tanaka Kikinzoku produced the 7-centimeter, 210-gram model, based on Nissan Motor Co.'s Fairlady Z 432 sports car, jointly with toy maker Tomy Co. to mark the 40th anniversary of the debut of the toy car series.
