World faced with 'mega imperialism': Mahdi Elmandjra
TOKYO, Japan - Mahdi Elmandjra, professor at International Relations at University of Rabat, Morocco, says in a commentary to Kyodo News that the Iraq crisis can not be understood unless it is examined as a part of a major mutation of the international system which started with the breakdown of the Soviet Union and the 1991 war against Iraq.
