Japan eyes setting up task force on SARS
TOKYO, Japan - Health minister Chikara Sakaguchi (2nd from L) and other cabinet ministers meet at the prime minister's office May 1 to discuss tougher measures to counter the severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) epidemic. They decided to set up a task force headed by Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi to fight the spread of SARS. (Kyodo)
