Police search Mitsubishi Heavy factory over fighter accident
NAGOYA, Japan - A passenger plane takes off at Nagoya airport in the town of Toyoyama, Aichi Prefecture, on Nov. 1 beside the wreckage of an Air Self-Defense Force fighter jet which crashed and caught fire while taking off at the airport the previous day. Police searched a Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. factory in the town on Nov. 1 in connection with the accident in which two test pilots on board the jet were injured. (Kyodo)
