Japanese, Indian premiers meet in Singapore
SINGAPORE, Singapore - Japanese Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda (R) and Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh (L) hold talks in Singapore on Nov. 21 on the sidelines of ASEAN-related summit meetings.
