Developers, inspectors deny quake data scandal involvement at Di

TOKYO, Japan - Togo Fujita, president of code inspection company eHomes Inc., one of six key persons linked to widening revelations of earthquake-related building code fabrication, speaks at a session of the House of Representatives Land, Infrastructure and Transport Committee as an unsown witness on Nov. 29.
