OSAKA, Japan - Members of the Century Orchestra Osaka perform on a shopping street in Osaka in the evening of Dec. 19 to raise funds from citizens as their music group faces possible cuts in subsidy from the Osaka prefectural government which is promoting financial reconstruction.
