Blood of murdered Hiroshima girl found in suspect's apartment
HIROSHIMA, Japan - Jose Manuel Torres Yake, a 33-year-old Peruvian murder suspect, is escorted by a policeman as he is taken from a police station to the local prosecutors' office on Dec. 21. Police said that bloodstains found in his apartment in Hiroshima City match the DNA of a seven-year-old girl killed in the city in November. Torres had earlier told the police that he killed the girl outside the apartment. (Kyodo)
