TOKYO, Japan - People wait in line before a concert at the Bentenyu public bathhouse in Tokyo's Musashino City on Dec. 10, 2009. An event called ''Furo Rock'' has been held 18 times since 2005 in the hope of drawing people to the bathhouse amid a decline in the number of visitors.
