Court forcibly removes sacked hotel workers

TOKYO, Japan - Sacked workers of the Keihin Hotel and their supporters scuffle with riot police officers near the hotel in Tokyo's Minato Ward on Jan. 25. The scuffle took place after Tokyo District Court enforcement officers entered the hotel the same day to evict people who had continued ''voluntarily working'' there. (Kyodo)

The accident took place early in the morning on Indus Highway near Manjhand area of the district when an oil tanker, a truck and a passenger bus collided, resulting in casualties, Mearaj Ahmed, a local representative of Edhi rescue organization told Xinhua. "Initially, the oil tanker and the truck collided, and within a few seconds, the bus hit them from behind, which mainly caused the casualties," he added.
