TOKYO, Japan - The Akasaka dormitory for members of the House of Representatives in Tokyo, where Rintaro Nishimura, the 26-year-old son House member Shingo Nishimura, fell from a balcony on the 20th floor on Jan. 9 and died, police said. (Kyodo)
