U.S., Japan named least cooperative in reducing global warming

LIMA, Peru - The Climate Action Network, a group representing environmental NGOs from around the world, holds a "Fossil of the Day" award ceremony in Lima, Peru, on Dec. 10, 2014, for countries considered uncooperative in reducing global warming.
