Court rescinds Hiroshima decision on A-bomb survivors

HIROSHIMA, Japan - Karou Sumisaka, 68, head of a group of seven plaintiffs claiming to be atomic-bomb survivors, smiles at a meeting of the plaintiffs and supporters in Hiroshima on March 25 after winning their case.
