Lenovo launches latest PC series in Japan

TOKYO, Japan - Lenovo Japan Ltd., the Japan unit of China's biggest computer maker Lenovo Group Ltd., begins selling the ''Lenovo 3000'' series personal computers (photo) in Japan on March 6. Under the new brand, the desktop models are priced at 94,920 yen or more in Japan while laptops, scheduled to enter the market on March 14, will retail for 84,000 yen or more. (Kyodo)
