AMAGASAKI, Japan - Masatoshi Matsushita, the West Japan Railway Co. conductor involved in the 2005 deadly derailment on the Fukuchiyama Line in Hyogo Prefecture, offers flowers at the accident site for the first time on April 23, ahead of the second anniversary of the accident that claimed the lives of 107 people including the train driver.
