Retrial possibility revived for man on death row for murders
TOKYO, Japan - This file photo taken on June 16, 1961, shows Masaru Okunishi (C), a death row inmate convicted of killing five women and injuring 12 others in a wine poisoning case in Mie Prefecture, attending the first trial session at the Tsu District Court in the prefecture.
