DILI, East Timor - Prime Minister Jose Ramos-Horta (L) shows his ballot paper before voting at a polling station in Dili for East Timor's presidential election on April 9. Voters will determine who will become the country's second president, a largely ceremonial post, to replace President Xanana Gusmao, who will not seek a second presidential term.
