World's oldest man dies at 113
TOKYO, Japan - In this file photo taken in September 2007, Tomoji Tanabe (R), the oldest man in the world as recognized by Guinness World Records, shakes hands with Miyagi Governor Hideo Higashikokubaru at his home in Miyakonojo, Miyazaki Prefecture. Tanabe, who was designated the world's oldest man in June 2007 after a Puerto Rican man died at the age of 115, died of chronic heart failure on June 19. He was 113. (Kyodo)
