Ex-intel agency chief Ogata held over Chongryon premises deal
TOKYO, Japan - Public prosecutors on June 28 arrest Shigetake Ogata (file photo), a lawyer who formerly headed the government's Public Security Intelligence Agency, on suspicion of fraud in connection with an aborted purchase of the head office of the pro-Pyongyang General Association of Korean Residents of Japan, known as Chongryon.
