Japan academic Morikawa urges young to vote

TOKYO, Japan - Tomonori Morikawa, a political professor at Waseda University, holds up a T-shirt bearing a slogan urging younger eligible voters to cast ballots in elections including the upcoming House of Councillors election at his office in Tokyo on June 24, 2010.
