U.N. chief Ban asks Japanese goodwill envoys to mobilize people
TOKYO, Japan - Visiting U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki Moon (L) shakes hands with Japanese actress Tetsuko Kuroyanagi, who has been working as a goodwill ambassador for the U.N.
