Asahiyama Zoo to open corridor to watch chimpanzees

ASAHIKAWA, Japan - The Asahiyama Zoo in Hokkaido holds a press preview of a new chimpanzee forest where visitors can watch the chimps from a transparent ''sky bridge'' made of acrylic plastic 5 meters above the ground. The aerial corridor will open to the public from Aug. 5. (Kyodo)
